The following areas were therefore examined: determining mission, vision and values, and how these determine the identity and image; organisational identification as an internal working method for enhancing motivation and performance; the definition and activation of a corporate identity; managing reputation based on 6 key areas; stakeholder and influence management, and finally, the new parameters and managing the evolution towards digital, social and mobile communication.
